反馈是指一个系统输出的信息,又返回输入到本系统,而对本系统起调节作用。从教学系统来说,师生通过教学活动可以获得一定的结果(信息),若将这些结果进行分析研究使之成为新信息,并返回输入到教学系统,以调节教学活动,可称共为有反馈的教学(见图1)。实践证明,在教学中自觉与不自觉应用反馈原理会产生不同的教学效果。前者可以促进教学系统高效率运转;后者往往不能有效地控制教学。
Feedback refers to the information output by a system, which is returned to the system and regulates the system. From the teaching system, teachers and students can obtain certain results (information) through teaching activities. If these results are analyzed and researched to make them new information and returned to the teaching system to adjust teaching activities, they can be said to have a total of Teaching feedback (see Figure 1). Practice has proved that applying consciously and unconsciously applying feedback principles in teaching will produce different teaching effects. The former can promote the efficient operation of the teaching system; the latter can not effectively control the teaching.
