对解放牌CA—10B型载重汽车齿轮的渗碳淬火变形进行了研究。解放牌汽车齿轮分为三个类型:有齿轮的轴,中小盘形齿轮,复杂的伞齿轮及大型的螺旋圆柱齿轮。齿轮经渗碳淬火后,影响齿轮传动精度的主要参数度量中心距及公法线长度明显增大。在得出影响齿轮接触精度的轮齿齿形、齿向及螺旋角变化规律后,可在机械加工时,预先修正刀具齿形尺寸,使热处理后获得较为理想的渐开线齿形。文中还讨论了改善齿轮本体变形的一些方法,及提出了稳定渗碳淬火变形量及减小变形的主要途径。
The carburizing and quenching deformation of Jiefang CA-10B truck was studied. Jiefang card car gear is divided into three types: a gear shaft, a small disc gear, a complex bevel gear and a large spiral cylindrical gear. After the gear is carburized and quenched, the main parameters that affect the accuracy of the gear drive are the measurement center distance and the length of the common normal line. After deriving the law of tooth profile, tooth direction and helix angle that affect the gear contact precision, the tooth size of the tool can be pre-corrected during machining to obtain the ideal involute tooth shape after heat treatment. The article also discusses some ways to improve the deformation of the gear body, and puts forward the main ways of stabilizing the amount of carburizing and quenching deformation and reducing the deformation.
