目的评价小容量肺灌洗对矽肺合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响,从免疫学角度为小容量肺灌洗治疗矽肺合并COPD提供依据。方法选取江苏省无锡市第八人民医院尘肺科2012年8月—2013年6月门诊及住院确诊的矽肺合并COPD患者,患者自愿加入并签署知情同意书,随机分为肺灌洗组和对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测矽肺合并COPD患者治疗前后血清中TGF-β1和TNF-α的含量。结果治疗1个月后与治疗前比较,肺灌洗组及对照组血清TGF-β1、TNF-α水平均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后肺灌洗组的2种细胞因子水平与对照组比较下降差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小容量肺灌洗治疗能降低矽肺合并COPD患者血清中TGF-β1及TNF-α的水平。
Objective To evaluate the effect of small-volume lung lavage on serum levels of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in patients with silicosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) Small volume lung lavage treatment of silicosis with COPD provide the basis. Methods The pneumoconiosis department of Wuxi Eighth People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province was selected from outpatients and hospitalized patients with silicosis and COPD from August 2012 to June 2013. The patients voluntarily joined and signed the informed consent form and were randomly divided into lung lavage group and control group , And the levels of TGF-β1 and TNF-α in the serum of patients with silicosis and COPD before and after treatment were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Compared with before treatment, the levels of serum TGF-β1 and TNF-α in lung lavage group and control group decreased after 1 month of treatment, with statistical significance (P <0.05). However, the levels of TGF- There was a significant difference between the two cytokines levels compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Small volume pulmonary lavage can reduce the levels of serum TGF-β1 and TNF-α in patients with silicosis and COPD.
