目的 了解实习护生的老年歧视程度和专业价值观现状及影响因素,探究护理专业价值观与老年歧视的关系,为促进护生对老年人的正向态度提供理论依据.方法 采用一般资料问卷、中文版老年歧视问卷(FSA)及护理专业价值观量表修订版(NPVS-R)对201名实习护生开展问卷调查.结果 护生老年歧视评分为59.89±7.93分;专业价值观评分为105.74±14.39分,不同性别、学历,是否曾经与老年人一起生活、是否毕业后愿意从事老年护理工作不同意愿的护生老年歧视评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护生专业价值观水平及其各维度与老年歧视呈负相关(P<0.05).结论 老年歧视程度为中等偏正向,护生的专业价值观水平影响其对待老人的态度,建议在护理人文课程中增加专业价值观教育,以改善护生对老年人歧视的态度.“,”Objective To understand the degree of geriatric discrimination and the status quo of professional values and influencing factors of nursing students, explore the relationship between professional values and geriatric discrimination, so as to provide theoretical basis for promoting nursing students\'\' positive attitude towards the elderly. Methods A total of 201 nursing students were surveyed by the general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Fraboni scale of ageism (FSA) and the nursing professional values scale-revised (NPVS-R). Results The ageism score of nursing students was 59.89±7.93.The score of professional values was 105.74±14.39. There were statistically significant differences in geriatric discrimination scores among nursing students with different genders, educational background, whether they had ever lived with the elderly, and whether they were willing to engage in geriatric care after graduation (P<0.05). The professional value level and its dimensions were negatively correlated with ageism (P<0.05). Conclusion The degree of ageism is moderately positive, and the professional value level of nursing students affects their attitude towards the elderly. It is suggested to increase the professional value education in nursing humanities courses to improve nursing students\'\' attitude towards the discrimination of the elderly.
