激光雷达系统信噪比(SNR)直接影响了系统距离像和强度像的好坏。运用信号相关检测理论,分析了多脉冲积累下的非扫描激光雷达系统信噪比。考虑到雪崩光电二极管(APD)阵列、工作环境因素和激光雷达系统参数等,对多脉冲积累下的信噪比进行了仿真分析。在100个脉冲积累数目下,信噪比提高了9.35dB,之后随脉冲积累数目的继续增加,信噪比提高的幅度不明显。研究表明:运用脉冲积累这一方法能够提高系统信噪比。
The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of Lidar system directly affects the quality of system distance image and intensity image. Using signal correlation detection theory, the signal to noise ratio of non-scanning lidar system under multi-pulse accumulation is analyzed. Taking into account the avalanche photodiode (APD) array, working environment factors and laser radar system parameters, the signal-to-noise ratio under multi-pulse accumulation is simulated and analyzed. The signal-to-noise ratio increased by 9.35 dB at a cumulative number of 100 pulses, and then increased slightly with increasing number of pulses. The research shows that using the pulse accumulation method can improve the signal to noise ratio of the system.
