牙瘤是一种混合性牙源性肿瘤。截止1958年底,世界文献共报道477例。Budnick复习有关牙瘤文献,发现只有极少数为大组报导。国内文献中,有关牙瘤资料除戴策安、李树棠二人分别专文论述并报告6例外,余皆为个例。另外还散见于部分肿瘤统计报导中。目前对牙源性肿瘤研究不断深入,特别是对分类的认识,近十多年来取得很大进展。为反映牙瘤研究的现状,特将我院近年所遇4例提出报告,并结合文献复习,加以讨论。 Tumor is a mixed odontogenic tumor. By the end of 1958, 477 cases were reported in the world literature. Budnick reviewed the literature on odontology and found that only a few reported for the large group. In the domestic literature, in addition to Dai Tse An, Li Shutang two on the dental materials were specifically discussed and reported six cases, I are all a case. Also scattered in some of the tumor statistics reported. At present, the research on the odontogenic tumors continues to deepen, especially on the classification, and great progress has been made in the past decade. To reflect the status of dental research, especially in our hospital encountered in 4 cases report, combined with the literature review, to be discussed.
