自2008年开展职工重大疾病医疗互助活动以来,河北钢铁集团宣钢工会通过修订“实施细则”、总结“四证五票”、规范“初审程序”、制作“电子表格”和接入“医保信息系统”等方法和措施,有效的提高了工作效率和服务水平,对提升工会组织在广大职工群众中的影响力、凝聚力和号召力产生了积极的作用。由于宣传发动充分,组织严密,措施得力,宣钢公司共有25254名职工参加了第三期活动,收到互助金90.91万元,职工参与率达98.1%。三年来,共为804名患病职工兑付互助金131.6万元,让职工们真正感
