笔者于1993年10月上旬在新疆哈密地区采集到野生鸡腿菇,经分离培养获得纯菌丝,通过多次栽培试验于1995年5月栽培成功。现简报如下: (一)形态特征 野生鸡腿菇接种在试管培养基上,生长快,菌丝体白色、细密,呈绒毛状。在棉子壳培养基上,菌丝洁白,粗壮,旺盛,且菌丝体有很浓的蘑菇味。子实体由菌盖、菌褶、菌柄和菌环四部分组成,初期里乳头状,顶端较光滑,菌盖白色,是伞形或长卵圆形,有近似环状排列的鳞片,成熟时鳞片增大反卷,最顶端初期较硬而光滑,鳞片不反卷。菌褶稠密、等长,初期白色后逐渐变成粉色,开伞后变黑色。菌柄较长,白色,中空,与菌盖离生,上部较细、下部粗壮。菌环白色,膜质,开伞后与菌柄分离。
In early October 1993, the author collected wild Coprinus comatus in the Hami area of Xinjiang, obtained pure mycelium through isolation and culture, and successfully cultivated in May 1995 through multiple cultivation experiments. The papillae in the early stage are smooth and the cap is white. The cap is white or oval with an approximately circular arrangement of scales. When mature Scales increase anti-roll, the top of the initial hard and smooth, scales are not anti-roll. Pleurotus dense, as long, the initial white gradually turns pink, after the parachute turns black. Stipe longer, white, hollow, and cap off, upper fine, lower stout. Ring bacteria white, membranous, parachute and stipe separated.
