在海南岛抗药性恶性疟流行区,以磷酸咯萘啶(咯)片剂800mg、磺胺多辛(磺)1000mg、乙胺嘧啶(乙)50mg和咯针剂240mg、磺1000mg、乙50mg,2d疗法,分别治疗恶性疟39例与36例,两组平均退热时间分别为30.3±24.7和38.8±23.Oh;平均原虫无性体转阴时间为52.7±15.8和51.8±14.4h。随访28d治愈率均为100％。
