目的研究不同工艺制备的中药复方牛贝消核提取物的体外抑菌活性,为制备抗结核中成药制剂提供实验基础。方法制备分别含50,100,200 g·L-1牛贝消核水提取物、醇提取物的改良罗氏培养基,并分别制备含1,10μg/ml异烟肼(Isonicotinic acid hydrazide,INH)和50,250μg·ml-1利福平(Rifampicin,RFP)的改良罗氏培养基为对照,将3株耐多药结核分枝杆菌分离株、牛结核分枝杆菌和4株非结核分枝杆菌分别接种于含药的改良罗氏培养基中,置37℃培养4周,测定其最低抑菌浓度(MICs)。结果牛贝消核水提取物对这8株供试菌的MICs均为200 g·L-1;醇提取物对牛结核分枝杆菌和母牛分枝杆菌的MICs均为100 g·L-1,对3株耐多药结核分枝杆菌分离株、胞内、瘰疬、偶发分枝杆菌的MICs均为200 g·L-1。结论牛贝消核水提取物和醇提取物对敏感或耐药的结核分枝杆菌和非结核分枝杆菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,醇提取物的抑菌活性比水提取物略强。
OBJECTIVE To study the antibacterial activities of extract of Radix Astragali in different technologies and to provide an experimental basis for the preparation of antituberculosis proprietary Chinese medicines. Results The MICs of aqueous extracts of Radix Aconitum and Radix Notoginseng were both 200 g · L-1 for these 8 strains. The MICs of alcohol extract against M. bovis and M. vaccae were 100 g · L- 1, The MICs of three multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates, intracellular, 瘰 疬, and mycobacterium fortuitum were both 200 g · L-1. Conclusion The water extract and alcohol extract of Radix Aconiti Lateralis have different inhibitory effects on Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium tuberculosis which are sensitive or resistant, and the antibacterial activity of alcohol extract is slightly stronger than that of water extract.
