目的评价麻疹实验室网络的运转情况,探讨实验室监测在加速控制麻疹中的作用。方法对山东省1999~2003年麻疹实验室网络的各项监测指标进行分析。结果在检测的6 104份血清标本中,麻疹IgM抗体阳性2 355份,阳性率35.58%;风疹IgM抗体阳性1 832份,阳性率30.01%。实验室检测指标中,血清标本及时采集率、及时送检率、实验室结果及时反馈率等均达到较高水平,特别是实验室结果及时反馈率>98%。省疾病预防控制中心(CDC)麻疹实验室从送检的336份咽拭子标本中,分离到麻疹野病毒23株,风疹野病毒9株,经中国CDC病毒病预防控制所国家麻疹实验室基因序列测定和分析,麻疹野病毒均为H1基因型,表明H1基因型为山东省流行的优势毒株。结论山东省已建立了省、市级CDC麻疹/风疹快速鉴别诊断和病原学监测实验室网络,并且运转良好。
Objective To evaluate the operation of measles laboratory network and to explore the role of laboratory monitoring in accelerating the control of measles. Methods The monitoring indicators of measles laboratory network in Shandong Province from 1999 to 2003 were analyzed. Results Among 6 104 serum samples, 2 355 were positive for measles IgM antibody, the positive rate was 35.58%. The positive rate of rubella IgM antibody was 1 832, the positive rate was 30.01%. Among the laboratory test indexes, the timely collection rate of serum samples, the timely delivery rate, the timely feedback rate of laboratory results reached a high level, in particular, the laboratory results timely feedback rate of> 98%. Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) measles laboratory sent seized 336 throat swab specimens, isolated 23 measles wild virus, 9 wild rubella virus, by the Chinese CDC Virus Disease Prevention and Control National Measles Laboratory Gene Sequence analysis and analysis, wild type of measles virus are H1 genotype, indicating that the H1 genotype is the dominant strain in Shandong Province. Conclusion Shandong Province has established provincial and municipal CDC measles / rubella rapid differential diagnosis and etiology monitoring laboratory network, and work well.
