本文研究了GCr15轴承套圈的形变球化退火工艺,分析了不同工艺参数对球化效果的影响,并探讨了产生这种影响的原因.试验结果表明,采用合适的形变球化退火工艺,可以得到满足机加工要求的组织和硬度.与普通球化退火工艺相比,形变球化退火工艺不仅大大缩短退火所需时间,而且可以获得细、匀、圆的碳化物颗粒,是一种适用于中小型轴承套圈的先进生产工艺
In this paper, the deformation ball-annealing process of GCr15 bearing rings was studied. The influence of different process parameters on the spheroidizing effect was analyzed and the reason for the effect was also discussed. The experimental results show that the appropriate deformation of the ball annealing process can be obtained to meet the machining requirements of the organization and hardness. Compared with the ordinary ball annealing process, the deformation ball annealing process not only greatly shorten the annealing time, but also to obtain fine, uniform, round carbide particles, is a suitable for small and medium sized bearing rings advanced production technology
