我厂对20高锡铝基钢带的硬度检查,按沪Q/YB729—84标准要求:钢背HB·2.5/62.5/10=170~240;合金层HB·2.5/15.6/60=22~32。 一般工厂均无小负荷硬度计(特别是15.6的负荷),而我厂只有HB—3000硬度计。故只能送我区计量部门于民主德国产的HP250型硬度计测定。然送检因路远,不能及时取回数据,延误入库和投产使用。为此,我们试图在现有的HR150型洛氏硬度计上测定之途径,按照布氏硬度法原理,经多次试验,与H P250型硬度计测定值比较,二者的硬度值接。测定依据和测定对比如下:
