普罗帕酮与去乙酰毛花甙丙静脉注射治疗８０ 例阵发性房颤病人。结果显示：普罗帕酮对阵发性房颤有很好的转复作用，对不能转复者，也可有效降低心室率，总有效率达８５％ ，转复率达７０．０％ 。而去乙酰毛花甙丙有效率为７５％ ，转复率仅为３５％ ，二组间有显著差异。
Eighty patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were treated with propafenone and acetoacetate. The results showed that propafenone had a good effect on the recovery of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. It could also reduce the ventricular rate effectively if it could not be transplanted. The total effective rate was 85% and the recovery rate was 70.0%. The acetylation of glycoside C was 75%, the conversion rate was only 35%, there were significant differences between the two groups.
