反应堆压力容器(RPV)密封面结构是影响RPV密封性能的重要因素。建立2种不同密封面结构的RPV三维有限元模型,研究其对RPV密封性能的影响,并得到上、下法兰轴向分离量以及主螺栓载荷等分析评价RPV密封性能的关键指标,同时,对比分析2种密封面结构形式的安全裕量,为优化RPV密封面结构设计提供理论依据。
Reactor pressure vessel (RPV) seal surface structure is an important factor affecting the sealing performance of RPV. Two kinds of RPV 3D finite element models with different sealing surface structures were established to study their influence on the sealing performance of RPV. The key indexes of RPV sealing performance were analyzed, such as the axial separation of the upper and lower flanges and the main bolt load. The safety margin of two kinds of sealing surface structure is compared and analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the structural design of RPV sealing surface.
