目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参醇提取液中丹参素的含量。方法:色谱柱:Agilent C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸;流速:1mL/min;温度为室温;检测波长:280nm。结果:线性方程为Y=10571X+12.392(r=0.9999),线性范围:10.2~102.0(μg/mL),丹参素的平均含量为58.66μg/mL,RSD=0.73%,回收率100.12%,RSD=0.37%。结论:该法操作简便,精确度高,可靠性强,可作为丹参醇提液中丹参素含量测定的方法。
Objective: To determine the content of Danshensu in Salvia miltiorrhiza extract by high performance liquid chromatography. Method: Column: Agilent C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-1% glacial acetic acid; flow rate: 1 mL / min; temperature at room temperature; detection wavelength: 280 nm. Results: The linear equation was Y = 10571X + 12.392 (r = 0.9999). The linear range was 10.2-102.0 μg / mL. The average content of Danshensu was 58.66 μg / mL. The RSD was 0.73%. The recovery was 100.12% = 0.37%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reliable and can be used as a method for the determination of Danshensu in Salvia miltiorrhiza alcohol extract.
