用四引线原位电阻法研究了 Pd线(直径 25 μm)在 300℃左右流动 N2气氛中退火时 N2在 Pd丝中的扩散,扩散过程符合一维无限长圆柱的体扩散模型,结果不同于传统认为的 Pd在 1400℃以下不吸 N2的结论,拉伸实验证明, N2的渗入改善了Pd丝的力学性能
The four-lead in-situ resistance method was used to study the diffusion of N2 in Pd wire when the Pd wire (25 μm in diameter) was annealed in a flowing N2 atmosphere at about 300 ℃. The diffusion process was in accordance with the one-dimensional infinitely long cylindrical body diffusion model. Traditionally, Pd did not absorb N2 below 1400 ℃. Tensile tests show that the infiltration of N2 improves the mechanical properties of Pd wire
