对中转筒仓常见粮食粉尘的爆炸特性及其在粮食筒仓中的静电防治进行了研究与分析。结果表明,进口粮食粉尘中由于有机物含量较高,所以其层状、云状着火温度、最小点火能、爆炸下限浓度均低于国产粮食粉尘,而最大爆炸压力及最大爆炸压力上升速率一般要高于国产粮食粉尘,故其爆炸危险性与国产粮食粉尘相比更大;粮食粉尘的层状、云状着火温度等爆炸特性参数在粮食中转筒仓防尘防爆中具有重要的应用意义,可作为中转筒仓系统设备粉尘爆炸预防和防护等方面的重要理论依据;根据爆炸特性参数,结合实际情况,对粮食粉尘爆炸可以采取泄爆与抑爆相结合,以泄为主的防护措施。
The explosion characteristics of the common grain dust in the transfer silos and their electrostatic prevention and control in grain silos were studied and analyzed. The results showed that the laminar, cloud-like ignition temperature, the minimum ignition energy and the lower explosive limit concentrations were all lower than those of domestic grain dust due to the high content of organic matter in imported grain dust, while the maximum explosion pressure and the maximum explosion pressure rise rate were generally high Therefore, the explosion risk of domestic grain dust is greater than that of domestic grain dust. The explosion characteristic parameters of grain dust like cloudiness and fire temperature have important application meaning in dust proof and explosion proof of grain transit silos. According to the characteristics of explosion parameters, combined with the actual situation, the food dust explosion can take the combination of explosion and suppression explosion to vent the main protective measures.
