月经周期的分泌期,孕激素将雌激素激活的子宫内膜由非容受态转入容受态。近年认为胞饮突、整合素ανβ3、白血病抑制因子(LIF)可做为子宫内膜具有容受性的标志。月经周期分泌中期,孕激素水平达高峰,胞饮突于此时充分表达,整合素ανβ3及细胞因子白血病抑制因子也极量表达。目前对于孕激素与胞饮突、整合素ανβ3、及白血病抑制因子关系的研究存在不一致的结果,体内外研究也未发现胞饮突、整合素ανβ3及白血病抑制因子与孕激素绝对值具有相关性,结果表明胞饮突、整合素ανβ3及白血病抑制因子表达调节复杂,尚需深入研究。
