在离心机试验中极其重要的一个步骤就是土样的制备,如何制备不同密实度土样是是模型试验中的关键问题。研制了一个砂雨法装置,可用于在离心机中制备目标砂样。通过一系列的标定试验研究得出了落砂高度、管径与砂土的相对密实度之间的关系。试验结果表面通过结合不同的管径和落砂高度,可利用落雨法装置制得不同级别的松砂或密砂。经过标定试验验证,该装置稳定可靠,制备的土样满足室内模型试验要求。
One of the most important steps in the centrifuge test is the preparation of soil samples. How to prepare soil samples of different densities is a key issue in the model test. A sanding method was developed for the preparation of target sand samples in a centrifuge. Through a series of calibration experiments, the relationship between the height of falling sand and the relative density of sand was obtained. The results of the test surface by combining different diameter and falling sand height, the rain can be used to obtain different levels of loose sand or sand plant. After calibration test, the device is stable and reliable. The prepared soil sample meets the requirements of indoor model test.
