一、前言运动成绩的提高,归根到底取决于人体运动素质和运动技术的发展与完善。因此,笔者在实际训练中根据运动员的具体特征和实际水平,以短跑训练的科学原理作指导,制定切合青少年实际的训练计划和训练方法,逐步提高运动员的短跑成绩。二、起跑训练(一)重点提高位移速度练习站立式起跑40~60米,半蹲踞式起跑20~30米,蹲踞式起跑30~50米,以比赛形式等进行最大强度的训练。(二)加强起跑反应练习
