企业资源能力的有限性和市场机遇的时效性迫使企业寻求外部资源能力,以敏捷地响应市场需求变化。虚拟企业作为获取、整合、利用外部资源能力的有效策略,在企业界被广泛应用。文章在前人研究的基础上,以动态能力理论为支撑,提出一般意义上的虚拟企业流程构建模型。该模型由战略分析、虚拟企业建构和运行、经营成果分析三个子模块构成,并对各个模块构建的流程提出评价的维度指标,以期为国内企业界的实践活动提供理论参考。
The limited ability of enterprise resources and the timeliness of market opportunities have forced enterprises to seek external resource capabilities to respond quickly to changes in market demand. As an effective strategy to acquire, integrate and utilize external resources, virtual enterprises are widely used in enterprises. Based on the previous studies, this paper, based on the theory of dynamic capabilities, proposes a virtual business process construction model in the general sense. The model is composed of three sub-modules: strategic analysis, virtual enterprise construction and operation, business performance analysis, and the evaluation of the dimension of each module construction process, in order to provide theoretical reference for the practice of the domestic business community.
