针对我公司 4台 3 0 0 MW锅炉一次风机的噪声问题 ,就高风压大容量风机的强噪声进行了较全面的分析和研究 ,并对噪声源的部位进行了局部改造设计 ,同时根据风机和风道的噪声频谱进行了吸音隔声和吸音隔声罩的设计。经改造安装后测量 ,现场的噪声得到了明显控制 ,而且降低了电耗 ,一次风机降噪改造获得满意效果。
Aiming at the noise problem of the first fan of 4 300 MW boilers in our company, the paper analyzes and studies the strong noise of the high-pressure large capacity fan in detail and makes partial reconstruction design of the noise source.
