营养是生命的物质基础,维持人类身体健康永远是营养的主体,营养物质主要包括宏量营养素、微量营养素和微量元素。在摄入营养物质时要遵循热能和各类营养素含量充足,种类齐全,比例适当,也要做到摄入的营养素与机体的需要之间保持平衡。这样才可以既能满足人体的生理需要,又可以避免营养摄入不平衡导致的人体负担过重和代谢紊乱。培养健康的营养意识可以对多种慢性疾病有预防作用,对促进人体健康具有积极的作用。
