目的建立快速测定植物提取物汞的分析方法。方法采用直接测汞技术,样品无需任何前处理直接测定。优化了仪器条件,进行了检出限、精密度和准确性等方法学研究。结果经过与国标GB/T 5009.17-2003的比对和国家标准物质的验证,其线性范围为0~1000ng,最低检出限为0.430μg/kg。相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3.5%,回收率在93.5%~102.8%。结论用茶叶、圆白菜和菠菜三种不同基质的有证标准物质进行验证,测定值均在标准值范围内,该方法适用于植物提取物汞的快速测定。
Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of mercury in plant extracts. Methods The direct mercury measurement technique was used to determine the sample without any pretreatment. Instrument conditions were optimized and methodologies such as detection limits, precision and accuracy were studied. The results of the comparison with the national standard GB / T 5009.17-2003 and the verification of national standards, the linear range of 0 ~ 1000ng, the minimum detection limit of 0.430μg / kg. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 3.5% and the recoveries were between 93.5% and 102.8%. Conclusion The certified reference materials of three different substrates of tea, cabbage and spinach were validated. The determination values are within the standard values. The method is suitable for the rapid determination of mercury in plant extracts.
