目的 :建立RP HPLC法测定复方甲硝唑片中甲硝唑和维生素B6的含量。方法 :采用Shim packCLC ODS柱 (4 .6mm× 2 0 0mm ,5 μm) ,甲醇 水 (30∶70 )为流动相 ,2 90nm为检测波长 ,外标法测定含量。 结果 :甲硝唑和维生素B6的线性范围分别为 5 0~ 5 0 0 μg·ml-1(r=0 .9996 ) ,5~ 5 0 μg·ml-1(r =0 .9998) ,平均回收率分别为 10 0 .2 % (RSD =0 .93% ) ,99.5 %(RSD =0 .4 2 % ) ,n =6。结论 :RP HPLC法测定复方甲硝唑片中甲硝唑和维生素B6的含量 ,方法准确 ,操作简便 ,结果可靠。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of metronidazole and vitamin B6 in compound metronidazole tablets. Methods: Shim packCLC ODS column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm), methanol water (30:70) was used as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 2 90 nm. The content was determined by external standard method. Results: The linear ranges of metronidazole and vitamin B6 were respectively from 5 0 to 500 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9996) and from 5 to 50 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9998) The recoveries were 100.2% (RSD = 0.93%), 99.5% (RSD = 0.42%), and n = 6, respectively. Conclusion: RP-HPLC method for the determination of metronidazole and metronidazole tablets vitamin B6 content, accurate, simple, reliable results.
