目的:探究参与式分层管理在内科病区护理质量控制中的应用效果。方法:以湖州市中医院2014年3月~2015年3月内科病区收治的420例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者选用常规的护理管理方法,观察组患者选用参与式分层管理方法。比较分析两组患者护理质量及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者在护理文书书写、健康教育开展、病区管理、服务态度等各方面的护理质量评分均明显高于对照组,观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参与式分层管理在内科病区护理质量控制中应用效果显著,能够明显提高护理质量,改善患者住院期间的生活质量。
Objective: To explore the application effect of participatory layered management in the quality control of medical wards. Methods: A total of 420 patients treated in Huzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2014 to March 2015 in medical ward were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group of patients using conventional care management methods, observation group patients using participatory stratification management. A comparative analysis of two groups of patients with nursing quality and patient satisfaction with nursing. Results: The scores of nursing quality in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group in nursing writing, health education, ward management, service attitude and so on. The satisfaction of nursing staff in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Participatory stratification management has significant effect in the quality control of nursing in medical ward, which can obviously improve the quality of nursing care and improve the quality of life during hospitalization.
