本文在家兔SMAO休克模型上观察血浆PAF活性变化及来源.结果发现SMAO休克动物血浆PAF活性随休克进程发展进行性增加(休克前3.88±0.82Au/ml,实验结束前9.71±1.26Au/ml,P<0.01).开夹前肠系膜上静脉(SMV)血浆 PAF(7.80±0.43Au/ml)活性明显高于右心房PAF活性(4.16±0.30Au/ml,P<0.01),开夹1min后SMV血浆PAF活性与右心房血浆PAF活性(6.53±0.46Au/ml,P>0.05)无显著差异.结果提示PAF在SMAO休克中具有重要意义,其主要来源为缺血小肠.
In this paper, the changes and sources of plasma PAF activity were observed in rabbit SMAO shock model.It was found that the plasma PAF activity in SMAO shock animals increased progressively with the progression of shock (3.88 ± 0.82Au / ml before shock, 9.71 ± 1.26Au / ml before the end of experiment , P <0.01). The PAF (7.80 ± 0.43Au / ml) in the superior mesenteric vein (SMV) before opening was significantly higher than that in the right atrium (4.16 ± 0.30Au / ml, P <0.01) PAF activity in plasma of SMV and PAA activity in right atrial plasma were not significantly different (6.53 ± 0.46Au / ml, P> 0.05), which indicated that PAF was of great significance in SMAO shock and its main source was ischemic small intestine.
