为了提高无机盐阻化剂的防灭火效果,根据表面改性处理方法,提出了高倍微胶囊阻化剂泡沫防灭火技术,研究了微胶囊阻化剂泡沫的封堵窒息、隔氧阻化、吸热降温等防灭火机理和应用工艺,并在煤矿中实际应用。结果表明,高倍微胶囊阻化剂泡沫防灭火技术成本低廉、工艺简单、适用范围广泛、防灭火效果显著,具有很好的推广前景。
In order to improve the anti-fire effect of inorganic salt inhibitor, according to the surface modification method, a high-magnification microcapsule inhibitor foam fire-extinguishing technology was proposed. The microcapsule inhibitor foam blockage suffocation, oxygen barrier resistance, Endothermic cooling and other fire-fighting mechanism and application process, and practical application in coal mines. The results show that the high magnification microcapsule inhibitor foam fire extinguishing technology has the advantages of low cost, simple process, wide application range, remarkable fire prevention and extinguishing effect and good promotion prospect.
