硝苯啶(NF)又名硝苯吡啶、心痛定、利心平,为钙拮抗剂,临床上主要用于治疗心绞痛、高血压和充血性心力衰竭。但随着人们对该药药理的深入研究及临床观察,发现它对一些非心血管疾病也有较好疗效。 一、贲门失弛缓症 该病是一种食管神经肌肉功能障碍性疾病,临床上以食物返流、咽下困难及胸骨后疼痛为主要表现。NF能降低食管下端括约肌压力,减少食物通过的阻力。治疗方法:于餐前20～
