涂层压电晶体是分析仪器中出现的一种新型的检测器件。1964年,W.H.金(W.H.King)首先报导了利用涂层压电晶体分析器来测定水汽,其灵敏度达0.1ppm。同年,美国杜邦公司(Du Pont Co.)生产了涂层压电晶体微量水分仪,这种仪器的特点是选择性强、响应快、寿命长,连续自动操作,具有防爆结构。近年来,美国对涂层压电晶体检测器的理论、化学涂物、仪器装置等方面进行了深入的研究。目前,这种分析仪器已广泛地用在工业、农业、军事、科学、气象、日常生活等方面,特别是用在空气监测方面,报导了许多实验情况,已初步地显示了生命力。
Coated piezoelectric crystals appear as a new type of detection device in analytical instruments. In 1964, W. H. King first reported the use of a coated piezoelectric crystal analyzer to measure water vapor with a sensitivity of 0.1 ppm. In the same year, Du Pont Co. produced coated piezoelectric crystal microdialysizer. The instrument is characterized by strong selectivity, fast response, long life, continuous automatic operation and explosion-proof structure. In recent years, the United States conducted in-depth research on the theory of coated piezoelectric crystal detectors, chemical coatings, instrumentation and so on. At present, this kind of analytical instrument has been widely used in industrial, agricultural, military, scientific, meteorological, daily life and other aspects, especially in the air monitoring, reported a lot of experimental conditions, has initially demonstrated the vitality.
