江苏省扬州地区发生的一种小麦土传病毒病,粒子呈线状,长度多为450—800nm,其中以650—750nm之间的尤多,1200nm以上的粒子也占一定比例,最长的达1700nm。病毒外壳蛋白为二个组分,分子量分别约为30kd和27kd。借助免疫电镜观察,发现此病毒与小麦梭条斑花叶病毒(WSSMV)抗血清和小麦黄花叶病毒(WYMV)抗血清均有强烈的血清学反应。根据上述特性,进一步证实此病害的病原是小麦梭条斑花叶病毒(WSSMV)。
Yangzhou area in Jiangsu Province, a wheat soil-borne virus disease, the particles were linear, the length of mostly 450-800nm, of which between 650-750nm especially, more than 1200nm particles also account for a certain proportion of the longest 1700 nm. The viral coat protein is composed of two components with molecular weights of about 30kd and 27kd, respectively. The result of immunoelectron microscopy showed that the virus had a strong serological response to antisera against wheat splotze mosaic virus (WSSMV) and wheat yellow mosaic virus (WYMV). According to the above characteristics, it was further confirmed that the pathogen of this disease was wheat spindle leaf spot virus (WSSMV).
