详细介绍了室温发黑表面处理工艺的室温发黑液配方、发黑工艺过程及成膜机理。给出了室温发黑原液的三种配方。室温发黑的工艺过程为除油、一次冲洗、除锈活化、二次冲洗。室温发黑、三次冲洗和上封闭油。室温发黑成膜机理就是室温发黑液中的酸、铜离子和硒离子与钢铁零件表面发生化学反应,生成黑色的无机盐CuSe沉积于零件表面。与常用的碱性发黑工艺相比,室温发黑工艺作业时间短,工效高,节约能源,特别适合于单件小批量生产。
The room temperature blackening liquid formulation, blackening process and film forming mechanism of room temperature blackening surface treatment process are introduced in detail. Three formulations of black liquor at room temperature are given. Room temperature black process for the degreasing, a rinse, rust activation, secondary rinse. Black at room temperature, rinsed three times and sealed with oil. Room temperature blackening filming mechanism is room temperature black liquor acid, copper ions and selenium ions and steel parts surface chemical reaction, resulting in black inorganic salt CuSe deposited on the surface. Compared with the common alkaline blackening process, the blackening process at room temperature has a short operation time, high work efficiency and energy conservation, and is particularly suitable for single-batch small batch production.
