在现代职场中,应对各种场面以及学会与各种阶层的人进行沟通交流已成为一种必修的技能。不管是对于刚入职的大学生,抑或是在职场中打拼多年的员工来说,在人际交往中恰当地运用好“距离语言”是十分重要的。待人处事,在适当场合保持适当的距离,可以使对方受到尊重,感到礼貌。同时,也可以体现出本人的接人待物的能力及个人修养。因此,对人距离在人际交往中扮演着重要的角色。生活中,恰当的距离是交往双方最基本的礼节。但是不同文化、不同背景,对人距离的适度感有所差异。尤其是在国际化时代的今天,随着外资企业的大量涌入,在职场中这种差异也越发明显。对于对人距离的考察,早已成为社会学者和文化学者的着眼点,但是大部分都仅限于对本国的考察,或者校园中的人际关系的对比,对于国与国间职场人际关系的考察较少。本文为探索中日对人距离的差异,通过调查问卷,对中日之间的职场中的亲疏关系、上下级关系(上司、同级以及下属),以及工作场合和娱乐场合的对人距离进行比较。
