本文简要介绍了生态足迹理论框架,并以莘县为例进行了详细计算,结果表明,莘县目前处于不可持续状况,为了缓解生态压力,本文从减少生态足迹需求和增加生态足迹供给两个方面提出了解决生态足迹赤字的具体方案.
