选取了17个与绿道活跃度相关的影响因子,采用现场调研、GIS网络分析法与邻域分析法,对样本绿道的影响因子与活跃度进行统计,运用SPSS软件的因子分析法、多元线性回归分析法对数据进行分析,在此基础上提出了绿道公园活跃度的计算模型。根据模型的计算结果可以看出,绿道公园活跃度与周边居住区分布、现有基础设施利用率、低POI密度区域、公园内部设施完善度以及更多有效的出入口等要素密切相关,并据此提出了规划策略。
17 influential factors related to the activity of greenway were selected. The field survey, GIS network analysis and neighborhood analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors and activity of the sample greenway. The SPSS software was used to factor analysis and multivariate Linear regression analysis of the data analysis, based on this proposed Greenway Park activity calculation model. According to the calculation results of the model, the activity of Greenway Park is closely related to the surrounding residential area distribution, the existing infrastructure utilization, the low POI density area, the facilities within the park and more effective entrances and exits, and so on This presents a planning strategy.
