我国煤炭资源的特点是难燃煤多,高灰、高硫煤比重大,煤质差且波动大,对于煤粉燃烧锅炉运行安全构成严重威胁。风闸制动系统具有煤种适应性广、环境性能好、负荷调节范围大等优点,在火电领域得到迅速发展。不过风闸制动控制系统由于具有多种不确定性因素,难以获得较为完备的知识,难于建模,故采用传统的方法很难获得理想的效果。文章首先详细分析了煤矿发电机组风闸制动系统的功能要求,然后从硬件与软件方面进行了自动化改造,取得了很好的运行稳定性。
The characteristics of China’s coal resources are more coal than hard coal, high ash, high sulfur coal, coal poor and fluctuating, poses a serious threat to the operational safety of coal-fired boilers. Air brake system has wide adaptability of coal, environmental performance, load adjustment range, etc., in the thermal power area has been rapid development. However, the brake control system of air brake has many uncertain factors, so it is difficult to obtain more complete knowledge and difficult to model. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain the ideal result by the traditional method. The article first analyzes in detail the functional requirements of the brake system for the wind turbine generator of a coal mine power generating unit, and then carries out the automatic transformation from the aspects of hardware and software and achieves good operation stability.
