本文对24名喷洒溴氰菊酯的棉农于喷药前、连续喷药三天后及停止喷药二天后应用肌电仪双刺激法测定正中神经兴奋性,并用气相及高压液相色谱法测定尿中溴氰菊酯原型及代谢物Br_2A。同时对29名对照者亦于间隔相同时间后用相同方法测定正中神经兴奋性。结果发现,两组正中神经绝对不应期和相对不应期以及对照组的正中神经超常期于重复检查时均恒定,未见明显变化,但喷药组正中神经超常期于喷药三天后较喷药前延长,停止喷药二天后延长更趋明显,多数喷药员于喷药三天后及停止喷药二天后尿中皆可检出溴氰菊酯及Br_2A,但与正中神经超常期的变化未见相关关系。
