目的探究阿奇霉素治疗支原体感染后气道炎性反应的治疗效果。方法选取2014年1月-2015年6月在该院进行治疗的支原体感染后气道炎性反应患者100例,随机分为A组和B组各50例,2组患者行相同对症治疗后,A组另采取阿奇霉素治疗,B组给予吸入式布地奈德混悬液治疗,对比2组患者炎性反应水平及6个月内复发情况。结果治疗后2组IL-4、IL-8、IFN-γ水平及IL-4/IFN-γ均有所下降,且A组低于B组,尤其是IL-8水平下降速度较快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者复发1例(2%),B组患者复发2例(4%),2组复发率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论阿奇霉素对支原体感染后气道炎性反应具有明显的抗炎作用,对IL-4、IL-8、IFN-γ等炎性因子及IL-4/IFN-γ均有一定的下调作用,且无不良反应,治疗后复发率低,可作为首选药使用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of azithromycin on airway inflammatory response after mycoplasma infection. Methods One hundred patients with airway inflammatory reaction after mycoplasma infection were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015. They were randomly divided into group A and group B (50 cases each). After the same symptomatic treatment, Group A was treated with azithromycin, group B was treated with inhaled budesonide suspension, and the level of inflammatory reaction and relapse within 6 months were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of IL-4, IL-8, IFN-γ and IL-4 / IFN-γ in the two groups decreased after treatment, and the levels of IL-8 and IL-8 in group A were lower than those in group B There was statistical significance (P <0.05). A group of patients relapsed in 1 case (2%), B group of patients relapsed in 2 cases (4%), the recurrence rate was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin has an obvious anti-inflammatory effect on airway inflammatory response after mycoplasma infection, and has a certain down-regulation effect on inflammatory factors such as IL-4, IL-8, IFN-γ and IL-4 / IFN- No adverse reactions, the recurrence rate after treatment is low, can be used as the preferred drug.
