目的观察清血八味片联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选择126例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组64例和对照组62例,治疗组应用清血八味片联合辛伐他汀治疗,对照组单纯应用辛伐他汀治疗。治疗4周后比较2组患者临床疗效及血脂变化。结果清血八味片联合辛伐他汀可显著降低患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在降低TC、LDL-C,升高HDL-C水平方面,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清血八味片联合辛伐他汀降脂作用明显,疗效肯定。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingxue Bawei Tablet combined with simvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 126 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group (64 cases) and control group (62 cases). The treatment group was treated with Qingxue Bawei Tablet combined with Simvastatin, and the control group with simvastatin alone. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy and blood lipid changes in two groups were compared. Conclusion Qingxue Bawei tablet combined with simvastatin has a significant lipid-lowering effect, and the curative effect is definite.
