利用XRF、XRD及DSC-DT等实验手段并结合热力学分析,针对硅热法炼镁所使用的还原剂——FeSi75硅铁合金的氧化特性进行了研究。研究结果表明:FeSi75硅铁的主要物相为Si、FeSi2、Fe0.42Si2.67;在298~1473K温度内和空气气氛中对FeSi75硅铁进行加热,主要是Si发生氧化生成SiO2,且随温度升高氧化速率增大;FeSi75硅铁不发生氮化反应,没有氮化物的生成;硅铁中的FeSi2相不会发生变化。
The oxidation characteristics of FeSi75 ferro-silicon alloy, which is used in silico-thermal refining of magnesium, were investigated by XRF, XRD, DSC-DT and other thermodynamic methods. The results show that the main phases of FeSi75 ferrosilicon are Si, FeSi2 and Fe0.42Si2.67. The FeSi75 ferrosilicon is heated at 298K to 1473K in air atmosphere, mainly due to the oxidation of Si to SiO2, Increased oxidation rate increases; FeSi75 ferrosilicon does not occur nitriding reaction, there is no formation of nitrides; FeSi2 ferrosilicon phase does not change.
