血清游离羟脯氨酸的测定,能较真实地反映机体内胶元代谢的情况,可用作类风湿性关节炎等胶元疾病诊断及研究尘肺的发生和发展。但原有的血羟测定方法较繁琐,特别是血清用量较大,不适用于多项目的普查。所以我们在参考等方法的基础上,将原在蒸发皿中蒸干改在试管内进行,简化测定步骤,并减少血清用量为0.2ml。我们用本法测定了机电厂66名工人(男性37人)的血清游离羟脯氨酸的含量,作为研究粉尘作业对工人健康影响时,观察尘肺发生、发展的正常参考值。现将测定方法和结果报告如下:
Determination of serum free hydroxyproline, can more accurately reflect the body’s metabolism of collagen, can be used as rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases diagnosis and research of the occurrence and development of pneumoconiosis. However, the original blood test method is more cumbersome, especially large amount of serum is not suitable for multi-project census. Therefore, we reference the other methods, based on the original evaporation in the evaporating dish to dry in the test tube to simplify the determination of steps and reduce the amount of serum 0.2ml. We used this method to determine the serum free hydroxyproline content of 66 workers (37 males) in a power plant as a normal reference value for the observation of the occurrence and development of pneumoconiosis when studying the effects of dust operations on workers’ health.
