目的:探讨复骨丸防治激素性早期股骨头缺血性坏死对血液流变学及脂质代谢的作用。方法:采用贺氏造模法制成大白兔激素性早期股骨头缺血性坏死模型,分成正常、造模、预防、治疗、阳性对照共5 组。分别进行血液流变学及脂质代谢中相关数据变化的观察和比较。结果:预防组和治疗组动物血浆和全血粘度、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度和低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A 和B、血碱性磷酸酶及尿脂均明显低于单纯造模组(P< 0.05),其中,预防组的效果最优。结论:复骨丸可能具有保护肝脏,减少其受损程度,调节激素后脂肪在体内的转移过程,减轻血管壁的受损和减少动脉硬化,抗血栓等综合作用有关。
Objective: To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Fugu Pills on hemorheology and lipid metabolism in the early stage of steroid-induced ischemic necrosis of the femoral head. Methods: Hormone-induced early osteonecrosis of the femoral head in rabbits was established by Hessian method and divided into five groups: normal, model, prevention, treatment, and positive control. Observe and compare changes in blood rheology and related data in lipid metabolism. Results: The plasma and whole blood viscosity, cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density and low-density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A and B, serum alkaline phosphatase and urinary fat were significantly lower in the preventive and treatment groups than in the model alone. Group (P < 0.05), in which the preventive group has the best effect. Conclusion: Fugu Pill may have a protective effect on the liver, reduce its degree of damage, regulate the transfer of fat in the body after hormones, reduce the damage of the vascular wall and reduce the atherosclerosis, antithrombotic and other comprehensive effects.
