高职院校学生顶岗实习是人才培养过程的重要组成部分,学生离校到企业工作,学习条件与环境发生很大变化,对其教育与管理工作存在许多不确定因素,需要我们认真加以研究。本文通过分析高职学生顶岗实习期间的行为特点以及教育管理工作面临的困难,积极探索加强改进顶岗实习学生组织教育和管理的有效措施与手段。 The internship of students in vocational colleges is an important part of the process of personnel training. Students leave school to work in enterprises, the learning conditions and the environment have undergone great changes. There are many uncertainties in their education and management, and we need to study them seriously. By analyzing the behavior characteristics of post-graduate internship in higher vocational colleges and the difficulties in education management, this paper actively explores effective measures and means to improve the education and management of post-graduate internship students.
