本文对95例肺炎患儿的痰培养结果进行分析,共分离细菌55株,阳性率57.89%,真菌9株,阳性率9.47%,其中流感嗜血杆菌32株,阳性率32.68%,提示肺炎链球菌12株,阳性率12.63%,显示流感嗜血杆菌和肺炎链球菌在小儿肺炎致病菌中占有重要地位。药敏分析:流感嗜血杆菌对去甲万古霉素、环丙沙星、舒普深、泰能的敏感率达100%,青霉素敏感率为93.75%,肺炎链球菌对青霉素的敏感率仅为58.33%,提示肺炎链球菌对青霉素的耐药问题不容忽视。本文分出真菌9株,国内尚未见有关报道。
In this paper, the results of sputum culture in 95 cases of children with pneumonia were analyzed. 55 bacterial strains were isolated, the positive rate was 57.89% and the number of fungi was 9, the positive rate was 9.47%, including 32 Haemophilus influenzae strains, the positive rate was 32%. 68%, suggesting that 12 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae, the positive rate of 12.63%, showing Haemophilus influenzae and Streptococcus pneumoniae in children with pneumonia pathogens occupy an important position. In this paper, 9 strains of fungi have been isolated, but no reports have been reported in China.
