噬菌体展示技术在多肽类药物开发中的应用

目的对噬菌体展示技术在多肽类药物开发中的应用进行综述。方法通过查阅近年来国内外相关文献30篇,对其进行分析和归纳总结。结果近年来,利用噬菌体展示技术筛选特异性多肽取代抗体作为导向分子在导向药物研发中取得了很大的成功,目前已有很多运用噬菌体展示技术开发多肽类药物的成功案例。作者主要介绍通过噬菌体展示技术筛选特异性多肽在癌症、心功能障碍及神经性疾病、免疫性疾病和寄生动物及细菌病毒感染病等方面的应用。结论噬菌体展示技术是多肽类药物开发的重要手段,该技术越来越成熟,基于该技术筛选到的多种靶向多肽已经商业化或进入临床试验。 Objective To review the application of phage display technology in the development of peptide drugs. Methods By referring to 30 literatures at home and abroad in recent years, this paper analyzes and summarizes it. Results In recent years, the use of phage display technology screening of specific peptides instead of antibodies as a guide molecule in the development of leading drugs has been a great success, there are many successful examples of the development of peptide drugs using phage display technology. The author mainly introduces the application of phage display technology to screen specific polypeptides for cancer, cardiac dysfunction and neurological diseases, immune diseases and parasitic diseases and bacterial and viral infections. Conclusion Phage display technology is an important means of peptide drug development. As the technology becomes more and more mature, a variety of targeted peptides screened based on this technology have been commercialized or entered into clinical trials.
