目的探讨2型糖尿病患者的家庭状况与正常人群间的差异。方法应用家庭亲密度和适应性量表中文版(FACESII-CV),对243例住院2型糖尿病患者进行横断面调查。结果糖尿病患者家庭的亲密度评分(67.40±8.82)分,高于国内常模(P<0.01),家庭适应性评分(47.33±7.01)分,低于国内常模(P<0.01);农民、小学或文盲的患者家庭实际亲密度较低,病程>10年、小学或文盲、农民的患者家庭实际适应性较低;多因素分析显示,并发症和受教育程度影响家庭实际亲密度,受教育程度也影响家庭实际适应性。结论医护人员重视患者情感支持及归属感,进行以家庭为中心的健康教育,对小学或文盲、有并发症的患者应注意其对家庭亲密度的感受,有针列性进行社会心理干预。
Objective To investigate the differences between family status and normal population in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A total of 243 inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated by FACESII-CV. Results The family member’s intimacy score (67.40 ± 8.82) was higher than that of the national norm (P <0.01), family adaptability score (47.33 ± 7.01), lower than the national norm (P <0.01) The actual intimacy of the families of primary and illiterate patients is relatively low, with a duration of more than 10 years. The actual adaptability of the families of the patients in primary schools or illiterates and peasants is relatively low. Multivariate analysis shows that complications and education levels affect the actual intimacy of families and education The degree also affects the actual adaptability of the family. Conclusion Health care workers attach importance to emotional support and sense of belonging to patients and carry out family-centered health education. Patients with primary school or illiteracy and complications should pay attention to their feelings of family cohesion and social psychological intervention.
