当前,学生的兴趣、性格、意志品质、信念、价值观、情感等非智力因素的发展逐渐成为学校教育和社会大众关注的热点,生涯教育的前置和强化将日益凸显。笔者所在单位从青少年生涯能力拓展的角度出发,以学职探索为核心来设计与实施青少年研学活动,帮助青少年在真实情境中认知自我,探索外部世界,增进生涯理解,提升综合素养。一、设计理念我们以体验式学习、生涯发展、社会情感学习等理论为依据,以学职探索为主
At present, the development of non-intellectual factors such as interest, character, will and quality, beliefs, values and emotions of students has gradually become the focus of school education and public’s attention.
