水化学预报地震时阴离子的测定通常使用容量法、比色法或电极法、这些方法有着使用样品多,测定误差大和操作冗长等缺点,1985年我们改用离子色谱法测定地下水中阴离子,用1ml水样,勿需任何处理,可在20分钟内,一次同时检出F~-,Cl~-,Br~-,NO_2~-,NO_3~-,PO_4~(3-)、SO_4~(2-)等离子。灵敏度可达μg/ml-ng/ml级,得到满意结果。 (一)实验部分 1.仪器与试剂:日产HLC-601型高效离子色谱仪。Tskgel IC-Anion-PW分离柱,国产一级试剂及二次蒸馏水配制各离子标准溶液和淋洗液,淋洗液用0.3μm微孔膜过滤,使用前用B-25型超声波清洗器
