水轮发电机组作调相运行时,常因导叶漏水使转轮室和尾水管中压水用的压缩空气从尾水管中逸出,轻者需不断补气增加厂用电能消耗,重者使机组无法作调相运行。为了研究解决这一问题,水科院机电所曾通过在透明模型上的观察试验,揭示了导叶漏水带走压缩空气的真实情况,提出在尾水管壁加装导流片减少调相逸气的方法,并通过狮子滩、大洪河、岗南等几个电站的实践,证明这种方法是有效的。现将这种方法的试验和实践情况介绍如下;
